Spicy BBQ Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
1 head cauliflower
1 tsp. cayenne pepper.
¾ cup water
¼ cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp. buffalo sauce or other mild pepper sauce
1 tbsp. honey
2 garlic cloves
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 450 ℉ (230 ℃) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Separate cauliflower into bite-sized florets
In a large bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and water. Whisk together until the batter is smooth.
Add the cauliflower into the batter and mix until the cauliflower is coated.
Spread the florets onto a baking sheet. Bake until lightly brown around 20 to 25 minutes.
In a bowl, combine buffalo sauce, honey and garlic cloves. Stir to mix.
Brush hot sauce mixture over each cauliflower and bake for another 20 minutes. Let cool.
In a large bowl, add BBQ sauce and mix in the cauliflower.
Serve over a bed of sauteed vegetables and enjoy!
